Your Path To Funding

1. Share Your Deal
Send over the property details, purchase price, project plan, and any information you already have.

2. Walk Through the Details
I will review the deal and connect with you to better understand the deal, timeline, and funding needs.

3. Gather the Details
You’ll be guided through all the supporting documents needed for review, including property information, borrower details, budget, and exit strategy. Once everything is received, the project will be reviewed as a whole to better understand the deal and next steps.
