Madeline created MSF Ventures Inc. to give Colorado real estate investors a more personal and dependable lending experience. With her experience, Madeline understands both the opportunities and challenges that come with each project and is committed to helping borrowers turn opportunities into successful investments.
She works directly with borrowers from the first conversation through closing, providing clear communication, timely decisions, and financing tailored to the deal. Her goal is to be a trusted partner throughout the process and help investors move forward with confidence.
Madeline Frahm
Madeline’s experience in real estate began at a young age while working alongside her father on fix-and-flip and ground-up residential construction projects. Growing up in Colorado, working alongside construction crews and experienced real estate investors gave her firsthand insight into the complexity of each project, the challenges that arise from acquisition through completion, and the qualities that often distinguish a strong investment opportunity from a risky one.
Her father also introduced her to the hard money lending business, giving her an early understanding of how private financing helps investors move quickly and successfully complete their projects. This foundation shaped her interest in both real estate and finance, ultimately inspiring her to continue the family legacy through MSF Ventures Inc.
Academic and Corporate Experience
Before carrying the family legacy forward through MSF Ventures, Inc., Madeline earned a double major in Real Estate and Finance from Colorado State University. After graduation, Madeline joined the Asset Management team at Grand Peaks, where she traveled to properties across several states and gained firsthand exposure to a wide range of real estate markets and investments.
